\r\nBIL hold a Home Coming Party for BIL alumni on November 3 every year during the Bunkasai (school festival) .\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\nYou can have a reunion with teachers and alumni, which will remind you the days at BIL.

Issuance of Certificates<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

Apply for certificates at BIL office<\/h4>\r\n
\r\nPlease fill in the required fields on the application form for certificate at BIL office, Kyomu. Then, purchase the ticket for the certificate issuance fee at a ticket machine.\r\n(Please check the following required days for issuance and make sure to apply during the business hour.)\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\nYou can apply the certificates in the same way either if you are living in Japan or overseas.\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\nCertificate application in Japan➡Pay the required issuance fee by Japanese postage stamps.
\r\nCertificate application from overseas➡Pay the required issuance fee by international reply coupons.\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n
\r\n③ Return shipping fee<\/strong>
\r\nJapanese postage stamp or international reply coupon which covers the required shipping fee

\r\nRequired days for issuance
\r\nWe will need following period of days to issue the certificate from the date you submit the application form \uff08\u5404\u7a2e\u8a3c\u660e\u66f8\u4ea4\u4ed8\u7533\u8acb\u66f8\u304b\u304f\u3057\u3085\u3057\u3087\u3046\u3081\u3044\u3057\u3087\u3053\u3046\u3075\u3057\u3093\u305b\u3044\u3057\u3087<\/rt><\/ruby>\uff09.
\r\n\u30fbCertificates in Japanese … In 3 days(Excluding the day you applied for the certificate)
\r\n\u30fbCertificates in English … In 5 days(Excluding the day you applied for the certificate)\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n
\r\n\uff0aWe will need 2 weeks to issue following certificates: Japanese Language Teacher Training Course and Business Japanese Interpreting Course \u201cOfficial Transcript of Grades and Attendance\u201d in English.
\r\n
\r\n(Applications on Sunday, Saturday, holidays and Summer\/Winter break are not acceptable.
\r\nWe don\u2019t count those holidays for the required days for issuance. Please apply for the certificates so that you can have it in your hand at the time your needs.)
\r\n\uff0aIf there are any lacking details in the submitted application form, we will count the required days for issuance after we receive the clarification from you.
\r\n\uff0aIf you would like to have the certificate in a form other than BIL\u2019s, or the submitted application form has any incorrections regarding the course you attended or period of attendance, we may take more time to issue the certificate than usual.
\r\n\uff0aIf you have applied a certificate before but haven\u2019t paid the issuance fee, we can\u2019t accept your application for issue a certificate.\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n
