Student house has a lobby intended for gathering with friends and family or just to sit and relax. The student house provides an environment where students can concentrate on their study.<br>\r\nCurrently, many foreign students are living in the student houses. (taken within 3 months. 40mm\u00d730mm) <\/li>\r\n<li>If you want to visit a house, inform the representative of the house the date of your visit beforehand.<\/li>\r\n<li>Application is closed when the number of applicants reaches the capacity.<\/li>\r\n<li>In principle, students can leave dormitory only at the end of fiscal year, March, and by the 20th.\uff08Exception:terminating from school or taking a leave of absence.\uff09If you are moving out from the dorm during the fiscal year ends, you will be charged cancellation fee.<\/li>\r\n<li>Students must leave Hatsudai International Student House after completing their period of enrollment at Bunka Institute of Language.<br>\r\nStudents who continue their studies at one of the Bunka Gakuen group schools after leaving Hatsudai International Student House and wish to live in a student house at the new school:\u3000Please contact the new school about the membership fee and other fees. There is no exemption such as for the membership fee.\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"line-blue\">\r\n\r\n<h5 class=\"page-sstitle\">Application for student house<\/h5>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>Admission is determined about one month before the B.I.L. entrance day.<\/li>\r\n<li>After the application is confirmed, the guarantor will be informed of the entrance acceptance from the School.<br>\r\n<div class=\"cap\">\u203b B.I.L. guaranteed students will be informed of the entrance acceptance from the local office.<\/div>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>If an application is not accepted, a person in charge of the administration department will inform your guarantor of the fact.<\/li>\r\n<li>If you wish to cancel your application, please call the administration department.
