The Student Houses are Comfortable and Reassure a Pleasant Student Life.<\/strong><\/div>\r\n\r\n
The student houses are dormitories for Japanese and foreign students, and they are provided to ensure the safety and comfort of students while studying at B.I.L.
\r\nThe room is air-conditioned and furnished with a desk, chair, bed, and closet. Student house has a lobby intended for gathering with friends and family or just to sit and relax. The student house provides an environment where students can concentrate on their study.
\r\nCurrently, many foreign students are living in the student houses. A sense of cooperation grows among students, learning to respect one another's customs and values.<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n

Entrance Guide<\/h4>\r\n\r\n

Submitting an application from for student house entrance<\/h5>\r\n
    \r\n
  1. When applying for a room at the student house, please submit the dorm application form that is attached at the end of the school application form along with your signature\/name stamp.\r\n
    \u203b Even if you submit your application, we can not guarantee you will get a room because dorms are very popular.<\/div><\/li>\r\n
  2. Be sure to attach a picture of yourself. (taken within 3 months. 40mm\u00d730mm) <\/li>\r\n
  3. If you want to visit a house, inform the representative of the house the date of your visit beforehand.<\/li>\r\n
  4. Application is closed when the number of applicants reaches the capacity.<\/li>\r\n
  5. In principle, students can leave dormitory only at the end of fiscal year, March, and by the 20th.\uff08Exception:terminating from school or taking a leave of absence.\uff09If you are moving out from the dorm during the fiscal year ends, you will be charged cancellation fee.<\/li>\r\n
  6. Students must leave Hatsudai International Student House after completing their period of enrollment at Bunka Institute of Language.
    \r\nStudents who continue their studies at one of the Bunka Gakuen group schools after leaving Hatsudai International Student House and wish to live in a student house at the new school:\u3000Please contact the new school about the membership fee and other fees. There is no exemption such as for the membership fee.\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n

    Application for student house<\/h5>\r\n
      \r\n
    1. Admission is determined about one month before the B.I.L. entrance day.<\/li>\r\n
    2. After the application is confirmed, the guarantor will be informed of the entrance acceptance from the School.
      \r\n
      \u203b B.I.L. guaranteed students will be informed of the entrance acceptance from the local office.<\/div>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
    3. If an application is not accepted, a person in charge of the administration department will inform your guarantor of the fact.<\/li>\r\n
    4. If you wish to cancel your application, please call the administration department. (03-3299-2011)<\/li>\r\n
    5. Canceling the application for student housing, you will be charged cancellation fee.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n

      Moving into a house<\/h5>\r\n
        \r\n
      1. April students can move in from April 1st, and October students can move in from October 1st.<\/li>\r\n
      2. Dorm check-in time is from 9AM to 10PM and your belongings must be carried in during the time.
        \r\nIf you cannot move in during these house due to your flight schedule from abroad, inform your dorm master beforehand.<\/li>\r\n
      3. Send all parcels only one day ahead of your entrance day.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n
