Qualification<\/span><\/div>\r\n
\r\nApplicant must meet both (1) and (2) below.
\r\n

(1)<\/div>\r\n
Applicant who has completed at least 12 years of formal school education in Japan or overseas, or has the academic potential as approved by the president of B.I.L.
\u3000Graduates of 12 years or more of Japanese school education are those who have graduated from a senior high school, technical school(3 years or more), advanced vocational school(Higher course)(3 years or more and designated by MEXT), junior college, university, or have university entrance qualifications as defined by the Japanese government.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

(2)<\/div>\r\n
Applicant must satisfy more than one of the following ①\uff5e⑥. (Please inquire separately regarding the validity period of supporting documents of ①\uff5e④.)<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

①<\/div>\r\n
Applicant has passed N2 or above in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test(JLPT).<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
\r\n
②<\/div>\r\n
Applicant has received a score of 200 or above(Total score of reading comprehension, listening and listening-reading comprehension) in the subject of Japanese on Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students(EJU).<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
\r\n
③<\/div>\r\n
Applicant has received a score of 400 or above on the BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test (JLRT).<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
\r\n
④<\/div>\r\n
Applicant has received Japanese language education for a minimum of 1 year at a Japanese language institution in Japan(Japanese language institute accredited by the Ministry of Justice or a Nationally Accredited Japanese Language Education Institution). Attendance at which should be 80\uff05 or above.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

⑤<\/div>\r\n
Applicant has received at least one year of education at an educational institution (excluding kindergarten) as stipulated in Article 1 of Japan\u2019s School Education Act.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

⑥<\/div>\r\n
Applicant already holds a valid status of residence in Japan and whose Japanese language proficiency is deemed equivalent to that of above ① through ⑤ by the president of B.I.L.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n

Application Period<\/span><\/div>\r\n
Oct 1 to Dec 25, if currently without resident or student visa to Japan. Oct 1 to the end of February next year if holding resident visa for Japan.\r\n
\u203b However, application period will close as soon as the course is full. Office hour is basically Monday thru Friday from 9AM to 5PM. But please call before visiting B.I.L.<\/div><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\nAfter the submission of the necessary application materials, an entrance exam including an interview will be conducted. Admission is determined by the result of the exam and final screening of application materials.
