学生の皆さんへ
新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響拡大の防止が求められているため、新年度の登校日および授業開始の日程を下記の通り変更します。
全学生（新入生および在校生（日本語科2019年10月期生／日通ビ2年生））、4月8日（水）～5月6日（水）まで臨時休校とします。
ただし、既に日本に滞在していて、4月8日（水）に学校に来ることができる学生は4月8日（水）に登校してください。
5月の授業開始までの臨時休校中の学習と生活上の注意について説明します。
なお、新入生について、入学式は行いません。

【正式な授業開始等】5月7日（木） 登校時間：10：00
※詳しいスケジュールや集合教室は、5月7日（木）の朝、教務部前に掲示します。
【注意】
・登校する際は自宅で体温を測って体調不良でないかを確認したうえで、マスクを着けて、登校してください。体調不良の場合は、連絡のうえで欠席してください。
・上記のスケジュールは、今後の社会情勢によって変更になることもあります。変更の場合は随時、連絡します。連絡の方法は、在校生はGmail、新入生は出願書類で届け出ている個人メール等へ連絡します。また、学校のホームページのニュースにも掲載します。

BIL has decided to postpone the first day of school as below to follow the measures for the prevention from spreading COVID-19.
April 8, 2020 - May 6, 2020, BIL will suspend classes for all students, new and continuing*.
*continuing: Japanese Language Course - October 2019 students and Business Japanese Interpreting Course – the 2nd year students
On April 8, 2020, for those who are living in Japan and are able to come to school, you are welcome to come to school.
We will give you information on the studying while the classes are suspended and the safety precautions for everyday life.
We have decided to cancel the opening ceremony.

【The official first day of school】 May 7, 2020, Thursday Time：10：00
※Details will be posted in front of BIL Office in the morning of May 7th, Thursday. We will still accept students till the end of May for the April 2020 admission if the reasons are due COVID19 and COE issue, visa issue and/or travel restrictions.

・Before coming to school, please check your temperature and health condition to make sure you are not ill. Please wear a mask when coming to school. If you are not feeling well, please contact school to notify us of your absence.
・The above schedule may change with the changes in the situations in Japan and around the world. We will notify as we make changes. Continuing students will receive the notices in BIL Gmail, and new students, in your personal email address. Also, we will post the notices in the “What’s New” in BIL webpage.

学生全员（新入生并在校生（日语科2019年10月生／商用日语翻译科2年级））都从4月8日（三）到5月6日（三）临时停课。
但是已经在日本生活并4月8日（三）能来学校的同学，请在4月8日（三）来学校报到。
我們給學生說明一直到5月分開學的臨時停課期間的學習和生活方面的注意事項。
另外，我们不举行给新入生的入学典礼。

・上学时请在家里量体温并确认自己有没有身体不舒服后，戴上口罩再来学校。如果身体不舒服请跟学校联系然后再缺课。
・因为今后的社会形势上述日程表有可能有变动。要是有变动的话，我们随时跟大家联系。联系方法是email。
我们会给在校生的Gmail或新入生的报名资料上的个人电子邮件地址发信件。更改情报还会公布在学校的网页。
