Qualifications
Applicant must have completed 12 or more years of conventional education in a country other than Japan and must be eligible to apply for that country’s college or university.
Application Period
October 1 to December 25, if currently without resident or student visa to Japan. October 1 to the end of February next year if holding resident visa for Japan.
※ However, application period will close as soon as course is full.Office hour is basically Monday thru Friday from 9AM to 5PM. But please call before visiting B.I.L.
※ Please note that submission and screening of application materials must be completed by the end of the application period.

Admission Process
Admission to the course is based on screening of documents and an interview.
